雞蛋香蔥薄餅
材料﹕
1. 雞蛋5只
2. 麵粉一碗
3.糯米粉二湯匙
4.水適量
5.監/胡椒粉/雞粉/五香粉少量
6.蔥少許
做法﹕
把少許油放在鍋內﹐加一大湯匙的粉漿煎香便可。
Tips:
食時可加一個蔬菜沙律﹐可用作午餐或晚餐﹐容易做又可為平凡的晚餐加一點新意。我的老公很喜歡此小點。
