
今天放假﹐所以在家做做蛋糕﹐給自己的廚藝進修一下。其實木薯糕很容易做﹐並且只需要很簡單的材料
材料﹕
木薯茸 一杯(在華人超市有冰凍包裝﹐很方便﹐我用了一包)
椰奶 一杯
糖 一杯
蛋 兩隻
牛油 四安士(我覺得太多﹐以後只要加兩安士﹐即半條)
鹽 1/4茶匙
做法﹕
把所有材料放在375F烤30分鐘即可。
是不是很簡單﹐口感很Q﹐但我覺得沒有Impossible pie那麼好食。但如果你想新嘗試﹐又想快﹐這個不錯。

1. Balsamic vinegrette
Balsamic vinegar
Extra-virgin olive oil
Honey
Mustard
Just combine the above four ingredients and mix well. Very tasty on a bed of green salad. You can add some fruits like blueberries and an egg white. This is how I ate it the first time at Pastor William's house.
2. Lemon vinegrette
2 lemons
Extra-virgin olive oil
Honey
Mustard
I tried this vinegrette with a green salad, adding peach, mandarin, red pepper, smoked salmon. This is definitely a winner...excellent to serve when you invite a large crowd. It is an elegant salad.
