減肥三文魚沙律
今天一個人食晚餐﹐因此可以做些簡單的﹐於是下班後就去了附近的超市買了一件新鮮三文魚﹐一盒免洗雜菜及幾個檸檬﹐預備做一份清清的三文魚沙律。
材料﹕
三文魚一件
香草少許(如thyme or rosemary都可以)
鹽少許
檸檬數片
做法﹕
先把烤箱預熱至400度﹐把香草﹐鹽﹐檸檬等放在三文魚上﹐放在烤箱烤大約20分鐘便可。再加上一個簡單雜菜沙律﹐加上自製的沙律油(可參照前幾天之blog)﹐便可在半小時內做好一個簡單﹐營養又可瘦身之晚餐。
