自製粉皮
昨天我不用上班﹐老公便落呵打要我幫佢做家鄉特產
“綠豆粉皮”
﹐我從來未做過﹐平時都是在超市買﹐但最近超市缺貨﹐他很久都未有吃過﹐所以我就大膽嘗試是否可自己做。上網找到食譜﹐原來非常簡單。
材料﹕
1. 綠豆粉 1 杯
2. 水5 杯 (1杯凍水﹐4杯熱水)
只要用1杯凍水與綠豆粉開勻﹐然後再加上4杯熱水攪勻﹐再煮2-3分鐘至粉狀凝固及變白色﹐然後待涼後放在雪櫃下層約2小時便成。
粉皮本身沒有味道﹐但涼伴或用豆瓣醬炒都非常好食﹐口感似食涼粉。老公從公司致電﹐得知我做成功了﹐簡直當我係神廚。他說他家鄉街邊買的就是這樣。北方人的家庭平時都會食這個菜。而我就比較喜歡食涼伴粉皮﹐老公就喜歡炒。我想這款菜色也是健康食品。
